Hybrid Cloud and On-premises Integration

Beyond cloud products, we also provide local data centre equipment and hybrid cloud integration services:

▪ Local data centre equipment (Huawei / H3C / Juniper / Fortinet) connected to Azure via ExpressRoute or VPN to build a hybrid cloud.

▪ Hyper-converged and on-premises storage paired with cloud disaster recovery, keeping critical data local and backing it up to the cloud.

▪ Trade-in of decommissioned servers to offset cloud migration costs.

▪ A single support window for hardware repair and maintenance and cloud operations.

Migration Process

1 · Assessment (1–2 weeks)
Asset inventory, verification of service availability, and cost estimation.

2 · Design and Pilot (2–4 weeks)
Architecture design and PoC validation.

3 · Phased Migration
Migrate by business priority and plan downtime windows.

4 · Managed Optimisation
Continuous monitoring, monthly reviews and security inspections.

Procurement and Billing

Model: CSP (Cloud Solution Provider). Contracts and invoices are signed with us; we provide first-line support and Microsoft provides the underlying service.

Term: Monthly and annual billing; annual billing locks in pricing with no reduction in seat count during the term; annual billing is recommended for stable core workloads, while monthly billing suits variable items.

Currency: HKD / USD / RMB (depending on the customer entity).

Invoicing: Local invoices can be issued (depending on region and entity).
